A Nervous System Regulation Program for Neurodivergent Adults
Mindfulness & Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
10-week group for neurodivergent adults (ADHD, autism, anxiety & more)
Neuro Arts! is a neurodivergent nervous system regulation program using music and polyvagal interventions. It combines evidence-based practices to support emotional regulation, focus, and well-being. Each session includes:
Evidence Based-Mindfulness techniques to improve attention and reduce stress
Expressive Arts Therapy: music creation, lyric writing, and music appreciation
Add on: Safe and Sound Protocol listening therapy to reduce anxiety and support nervous system regulation.

DBT Informed Group Therapy
A safe, inclusive space to connect with others through Dungeons & Dragons, be creative and collaborate through shared story telling. Test your mind in extraordinary scenarios with a group of your peers. Help build confidence in social settings and enhance cognitive abilities while overcoming various challenges using play-based cooperative games while utilizing teamwork and executive functioning skills. No screens, flashing lights, or noisy tones, just the table and the people around it.

Dungeons & Doomscrollers
Social Flourishment Group
An escape from modern life, our TA-RPG certified game master will guide you on a journey that will baffle the mind and expand your senses. Using Dungeons & Dragons and other popular tabletop games, Caleb helps groups of all backgrounds plan, strategize, and execute missions and adventures in an episodic standalone series. These quests are typically self guided after a brief check in with the GM who keeps the story and table on track to execute their goals.
All tabletop games create an environment of collaborative play where the rules, player experiences, and narratives unravel into unique stories. Using the Game to Grow method we foster participant growth by providing a peer learning environment where players are taught, prompted, encouraged, coached, and reinforced. This system was developed over the span of a decade by therapists working in schools, children’s hospitals, and counselor’s offices to help develop the three main dimensions of capacity building: Knowledge, Performance, and Fluency.
This service is a peer support social flourishment program and not officially therapeutic.
